Being together on a project or in a work unit doesn’t make you a team or an effective team. Whether you’re a leader or a member of a team, understanding how teams develop, what the best contributions of participants can be, and how agile management is applied to working as a team can help you avoid not achieving your goals, getting stuck in a team, and frustration. Whether you’re a graduate, researcher or professional, this learning path will make you a valuable team player and a wiser team leader. The goals of the learning path are:to equip learners with knowledge about different types of teams, including self-managed teams, and enable them to plan team development based on the acquired knowledge;to give learners an overview of the different roles in the team and provide a basis for experiencing these different roles during the program;

to equip learners with knowledge of team management and provide the opportunity to develop knowledge into skills based on experience.
