Team learning & development III: Team’s contract, Feedback and other practices

Through the “team contract” teams define aspects that are important for team development and learning like the internal dynamics, the expectations, the attitudes and behaviors that drive team interactions.
Another team learning tools is the exchange of feedback, which can be defined as the practice of giving and receiving judgments. Practicing feedback allows the team to learn from its mistakes and shortcomings. Dialogue is also a tool for team developement For this purpose it’s key to define the need and purpose of dialogue and to design the space for team dialogue.
