This is a team task to apply Belbin Team Roles methodology to understand your contribution and other members’ contributions to make the team more effective and to reflect on the quality factors of dialogue and relationship quality in the team.
Team members must fill the questionnaires provided by Belbin Self Perception Inventory Observers assessment. Based on the individual and team reports, a team coaching session will be done facilitated by your mentor/coach/professor.
The objectives of the nugget is to fill the Belbin Self inventory perception and create a balanced team. Also to equip with a guide to reflect and feedback on team relationship quality factors.
