Robotics is one of the enabling technologies of the smart factory: a basic knowledge of robotics is nowadays essential for people working in manufacturing. This learning path offers to the participants a first introduction to industrial robotics. The path is composed by four main sections: introduction to robotics, robot kinematics, motion planning, motion and interaction control.
Learning outcomes
- Learners will get familiar with what a robot is.
- Learners will understand why the robot moves in a certain way.
- Learners will know how a robot can be programmed.
