Intrapreneurship is a system that allows an employee to act as an entrepreneur within an organisation. Intrapreneurs are self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented people who have leadership skills and think outside the box. This module aims to foster these creative attitudes in employees by promoting content on leadership, entrepreneurship, creativity and design thinking. These contents will contribute so that the participants may develop transversal skills to any job position, becoming an active part in any initiative within the company.
Learning outcomes
