Learning outcomes

  1. After the test, the trainee will demonstrate the ability to identify, define and solve problems (related to their work environment), translating innovations into viable commercial solutions and to lead and support others in this process
  2. After the test, trainees will demonstrate the ability to define strategies and use techniques and approaches to direct their activities and behaviors effectively. (includes goal setting, planning and time management)
