About The Author

Authors of this course are Bojan Jovanoski (PhD), Robert Minovski (PhD) and Aleksandar Argilovski (MSc), all from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – Skopje. In the project, they represent Smart Learning Factory – Skopje (CIRKO).

Learning outcomes

After completing this course, participants are able to define the benefits of Lean 4.0 and Lean Six Sigma in manufacturing.
After completing this course, participants are able to describe the Lean Six Sigma project framework.
