This lesson helps to understand how a Voice Assistant System (VAS) can enhance Lean processes by streamlining communication and task execution, ultimately improving efficiency and reducing waste. It also explains the concept of Lean 4.0 (integration between Lean and AI).

Authors of this course are Bojan Jovanoski (PhD), Robert Minovski (PhD) and Aleksandar Argilovski (MSc), all from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – Skopje. In the project, they represent Smart Learning Factory – Skopje (CIRKO).
