Additionally, the module aims to describe manufacturing companies’ challenges during business transformations and enable learners to analyze such transformations effectively. Another key objective is to acquaint learners with the principles of open innovation.Upon completing this module, learners will be able to define entrepreneurship and differentiate related concepts in general and within the field of entrepreneurship. They will also be capable of distinguishing the three types of innovation and describing the general innovation processes. Furthermore, learners can list and determine the principles of open innovation.The topics covered in this learning path include the basics of entrepreneurship and innovation, challenges manufacturing companies face during business transformation, and the principles and practices of open innovation. It also delves into the foundations of open innovation, corporate innovation strategies, tools and practices for open innovation, fostering an innovation culture, and leveraging innovation networks.This learning path provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of entrepreneurship and innovation. It equips them with the knowledge and skills to drive business transformation and foster an innovative culture within their organizations.
