The Learning Path “Team reflection analysis and adaptation of professional development” is part of the program/curriculum oiAcademy – “Assessment and Celebrating”.
Learner who have completed the Learning Path is able to:judge obtained experiences during the program and the skills gained through experience both individually and as a team; formulate self-improvement needs for the sake of further professional development both individually and as a team;evaluate results of reflection analysis for planning further professional activities.
The objectives of the learning path are:to equip learners with both self- and team analysis tools that help to understand the the dynamics of prototype development process and of team development;to equip learners with skills in the use of analysis tools, so that they can derive positive and negative influencing factors and amplify or mitigate them accordingly; to equip learners with tools for planning and assembling personal learning paths, based on previous experiences and defined needs and goals.

Learning activities to consolidate the knowledge of LP topics, but also to integrate the activities of different LPs with each other and with the development activities of the teams in workshops.
