This learning nugget continues the introductory nugget of the three-level reflection model and the descriptive reflection and critical analysis nuggets. It focuses on the third level of the model – reflexive synthesis.

The objectives of the nugget are:to support the learner in understanding the importance and application of reflexive synthesis in the three-level reflection model to help the learner to identify and evaluate different situations in both cognitive and affective aspects to develop the learner’s skills and integrate the three-level reflection model into personal and professional development.
