Business model innovation  deals with a novel way of adding value to customers,  society and the business. Using Business Model Canvas, the existing business model can be analysed, evaluated and changed with systematic starting points and according to the business strategy.In this nugget you will find a brief  presentation of the Business Model  canvas:  what (the Value proposition),  who  (customers) and  how  (key partners, activities and resources). And a set of questions to challenge the business model  together with guideline to organises a  creativity session  to support the innovation session.
