In this nugget we will go through the steps to set up MoveIt 2 on Ubuntu Linux. In doing so, we will learn about the capabilities of MoveIt, fake drivers for robots, and using MoveIt GUI for controlling the movement of manipulator robots. Furthermore, the nugget analyzes some of the more complex ROS 2 commands to break down the command structure and explain the meaning of every component.
To gain the most value from this learning nugget, the learner is expected to actively engage by completing the example steps on their computer. Thus the learner needs a computer with Ubuntu 22.04 and internet access. Basic experience in using Linux command line is helpful but not required for completing this nugget
