Industry 5.0’s vision of harmonious collaboration between humans and machines underscored the importance of inclusive, accessible, and supportive work environments.The Skills Framework identified by the project, represented by the Industrial Pyramid of Needs, outlined five essential tiers. Physical Safety focused on proactive protection and the integration of health aspects. Health considerations included ergonomic design, mental health support, and training on safe practices. Belonging emphasized social needs, fostering trust and effective communication. Esteem highlighted the significance of recognition and self-esteem, encouraging a positive work environment. Self-actualization aimed for personal fulfillment, requires tailored approaches considering individual differences. Soft skills such as autonomy, resilience, proactivity, effective communication, and collaboration were identified as crucial elements in shaping safety attitudes. Managerial skills, including organization, multidisciplinarity, time management, planning, and risk management, were deemed essential for effective safety management. Technical skills were emphasized for safe equipment usage, efficient problem diagnosis and resolution, and knowledge of safety regulations.The nugget emphasized the need for a holistic approach, addressing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It highlighted the importance of creating a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, fostering individual growth, and contributing to sustainable industrial development.
