Agile Management is based on planning the activity of the team, or the activity of a project, in time blocks of a short duration called Sprints, or Cycles, to ensure progress through iterative and incremental development and early delivery of value to the customer.  The  cycle is organized in a
series of meetings, and a  work process  that is repeated in the different cycles.
