In this lesson, you will learn about taking advantage of VR affordances to add immersion to V-Lab applications and other similar immersive VR training applications. In particular, you will find out about what the Unity engine offers to enable and facilitate development of modern, immersive, interactive VR applications with the XR Plugin framework and the XR Interaction Toolkit packages. Furthermore, you will explore the ready-made VR template project Unity offers to kickstart development and learn how to modify it to your own development needs. To conclude, you will learn how to set-up a basic VR-enabled project in Unity with only essential components and minimal configuration.
