SUMMARY
Sustainability KPIs provide critical insights into how companies manage their environmental and operational impact. In this lesson, we will explore key metrics—Carbon Emissions Intensity, Water Use Efficiency, Waste Diversion Rate, and Renewable Energy Use. Using industry-aligned formulas and benchmarks, participants will learn to quantify these metrics, analyze trends, and identify actionable improvement opportunities.
About The Author
INTECHCENTRAS, established by the Engineering and Technology Industries Association of Lithuania (LINPRA), is a Smart Manufacturing competence center and one of the certified RecyClass entities in Lithuania. It coordinates the Advanced Manufacturing Digital Innovation Hub and was a key initiator of EDIH4LT.
Justė Pranskevičiūtė, a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, and Marija Aliaševičienė, an experienced project manager with over 15 years of consulting experience, have collaborated on creating of this sustainability lesson, combining their extensive expertise in strategy development and organizational transformation to promote sustainability in manufacturing companies.
