Welcome to the “Frameworks, Methods and Tools for quality control in remanufacturing systems” Lesson.

This lesson explores the distinctive characteristics of quality control in remanufacturing systems. It begins by identifying the key quality challenges, including consumer mistrust, process inefficiencies, and profitability risks. It then examines the stages of quality control specific to remanufacturing, such as core inspections, intermediate quality checks, and final product testing. Finally, the lesson highlights the differences between quality management in remanufacturing and traditional manufacturing, emphasizing the need for flexible and adaptive strategies.

Moreover, feel free to explore a wide array of videos, articles, papers and books, in the extra materials part of the lesson.
