SUMMARY

Finally, learners will develop practical remediation plans to address negative impacts, ensuring that the organization’s sustainability efforts are measurable, impactful, and aligned with stakeholder expectations..

Justė Pranskevičiūtė, a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, and Marija Aliaševičienė, an experienced project manager with over 15 years of consulting experience, have collaborated on creating of this sustainability lesson, combining their extensive expertise in strategy development and organizational transformation to promote sustainability in manufacturing companies.
