The Lean Startup method is a new approach that is being adopted around the world to change the way entrepreneurs and companies create and launch their products. The operative elements behind this approach are the Lean canvas (by Ash Maurya) or Business Model Canvas (by Osterwalder and Pigneur) to frame hypotheses on the potential business model, to apply the Customer Development process (by Steve Blank’s) to test those hypotheses in front of customers and prototype and build Minimum Viable Products. This LP addresses the Customer Development process, customers interviews, deepen in the use of the Business model canvas as source of innovation. Also, it contains nuggets to bring the startup to the next step and create a company. It relates to marketing, pricing and rise funds and present to business angels, etc.

The goals of the learning path are: to equip students with the knowledge for business model elaboration; to provide strategic marketing measures for effective dissemination.to introduce the product cost calculation and product pricing within the market; Topics addressed are:
