The Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship training proposes to train young workers and PhD students with creative skills and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in uncertain environments.

In an ever-changing world, professionals need robust creative skills and entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in uncertain environments. This learning path consist of a series of educational activities focused on developing creative thinking and soft skills – such as imagination and communication – to help any individual to challenge assumptions and to identify and act upon opportunities. The main goal is to equip the participant with the required competencies to create innovative and sustainable value propositions and handle fast-moving situations promptly and flexibly.

It involves the introduction to the concept of creativity, design and conceptualization of a product, methodologies for assessing environmental impacts associated with all the stages of life cycle of a product, public speaking techniques and finally, how to use creativity to impact community, market, society, and the environment. The educational activities integrated in this training were prepared by five different partners and each one was responsible for the specification and development of one nugget covering specific topics.


Learning outcomes

  1. Enter and proceed through the creative process intentionally and confidently, bringing value to industry through innovation and/or new businesses.
  2. Assess the consequences of ideas and the effect of entrepreneurial action on the target community, the market, society and the environment.
  3. Turn an idea into a proof of concept/prototype and present it in an exciting and clear manner.
