iii) which are the corporate dimensions to design;

iv) how to understand the competitiveness of the idea how to select and enter the market;

vi) what is a business model and how to design it.

Learning outcomes

Illustrate the main process steps, methods and tools for strategy making and business model design
Critically evaluate the external and internal environment and the competitive advantage of a project/idea to launch a new industrial business or renew an existing traditional business.
Explain the business model canvas, identify the most important emerging digital and sustainable business models in manufacturing, synthesize the main components of these business models.
