This learning path explores the potential of combining the digital technologies like lightweight robots and vision systems for automated quality control in manufacturing. Initially, the nuggets present basic area of application for lightweight robots, cobots and vision systems and the benefits of their application. Further the composition of an automated quality control system using an exemplary demonstrator is presented. Then, application examples are provided which can be easily reproduced by the learners as well as experimented in the partners’ learning factories.
