The Nugget describes the competency gap that exists between the
industries from different countries and the way people belonging to
these industries perceive this competency gap. For this purpose, a
survey has been carried out among the people belonging to industry from
Spain, Germany and Lithuania. The conducted survey shows the comparison
between the current proficiency level of competencies with the target
proficiency level that people belonging to industry want to achieve for
all three countries. Additionally, there are some sub-competencies
defined in the Human, Technology and organization framework and these
competencies are used in the survey for understanding the skill gap in
Human, technology and Organization Category between different countries
and how this skill gap is perceived by the people belonging to the
industries.
