This course provides a deeper interpretation of how smart grids benefit the environment and what are the goals of green manufacturing. Targeted for environment-related engineers, this learning nugget takes for granted basic knowledge on renewable resources and highlights the effects of them in a Smart MicroGrid policy. Furthermore, we will identify what aspects of current industries should we transform to “Smart” in order to achieve the goals of circular economy and sustainability.
