This “Modelling Task” nugget focuses on offering a practical experiment with data from a real manufacturing company. The student is expected to prepare data for machine learning training, testing and evaluation, by exploring a Jupyter Notebook. They will then perform an hyper-parameter fine-tuning to improve on the model’s performance. Formative assessment is presented in the end to support the student’s comprehension of the materials.
