Circular economy: Current Status & Industry Best Practices

This course provides a comprehensive
introduction to Circular Economy, where the materials and products are staying longer in the use phase, via certain strategies such as recycling and reusing. This concept comes in contrast with the more established Linear Economy, with the trifold “make-use-dispose” which led to the depletion of natural resources and the increased waste in the land-fields.In this nugget, there is an introduction about Circular Economy, providing the definition of the Circular Economy and some main principles.
