This learning path contains three digital modules that cover topics such as how to use IPS IMMA (Intelligently Moving Manikin) when performing the ergonomic assessment called EAWS, including a brief overview of the theory of musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), ergonomics, and IPS IMMA capabilities. Additionally, information about how to design shared workstations, in which a human operator and a collaborative robot cooperate to achieve a work objective, such as an assembly of mechanical components to build a complex whole is given. All this knowledge is then applied in a real industrial use case.
Learning outcomes
- After the completion of the learning path, the learner can discuss how to apply pro-active ergonomics in a real case scenario.
- After the completion of the learning path, the learner can discuss how to apply pro-active ergonomics in a real case scenario.
- After the completion of the learning path, the learner can understand how theoretical concepts can be implemented in real-case scenarios.
