Emphasis is placed on aligning tool features with organizational objectives, enhancing decision-making, and ensuring compliance with evolving sustainability standards.

About The Author

INTECHCENTRAS, established by the Engineering and Technology Industries Association of Lithuania (LINPRA), is a Smart Manufacturing competence center and one of the certified RecyClass entities in Lithuania. Justė Pranskevičiūtė, a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional, and Marija Aliaševičienė, an experienced project manager with over 15 years of consulting experience, have collaborated on creating of this sustainability lesson, combining their extensive expertise in strategy development and organizational transformation to promote sustainability in manufacturing companies.
