This Learning Path enables participants to develop an understanding of stakeholder dynamics within a platform model. In this module, participants will learn to identify stakeholders, differentiate their roles, and strategically balance their interests to support the platform’s performance. The module explores the roles of companies and customers in a DIT (Do-it-together) co-creation approach.
