The TURING methodology will promote personalised and flexible digital enhancement training programmes, co-created with digital technology providers, companies adopting those technologies and their mature established customers that use similar technologies. The Pi-shaped training is based on providing: 1) transversal skills, and 2) advanced digital technology application skills based on blended learning pedagogical approach.
People trained could be young talents, technical professionals (operative roles) but also middle managers. Examples of some roles that could be involved are following listed:Maintenance specialists Quality specialists
Team leader of production
Supervisor of the production
Robots programmers
Production planning and control
Information Technology technicians
This course addresses concepts and methods related to Organising co-creation labs and Organising internships (including training the mentors).


Learning outcomes

  1. After completing the learning path, learners are able to understand the suggested training methodology and implement it autonomously.
  2. After completing the learning path, the learners are able to identify environments conducive to the implementation of this programme.
