This course aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Lean manufacturing by exploring its core principles and practical applications. By the end of the program, learners will have the skills to identify Lean wastes and define the main terms, tools and methods within the methodology.

About The Author

Authors of this course are Bojan Jovanoski (PhD), Robert Minovski (PhD) and Aleksandar Argilovski (MSc), all from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering – Skopje. In the project, they represent Smart Learning Factory – Skopje (CIRKO).
