The oiAcademy program consists of the elements self-learning in EIT Manufacturing Academy and the subsequent application of the knowledge to develop business model solutions for the sustainable transformation of small and medium sized manufacturing companies accompanied by events and coaching.
Goal of the oiAcademy Pilot is to touch on all learning topics of the oiAcademy learning paths as well as covering the relevant aspects the of the oiAcademy program while reducing the number of nuggets and work extent for the participants to gain first insights into the feasibility of the intended dual helix model.
The target group of MVP LP are students of the micro qualification/degree curriculum versions created on the basis of the oiAcademy framework curriculum, with a technology, business and/or design background who are motivated to acquire product/service development skills in the context of a start-up or development team in the technology field.
The wider target group of this LP is professionals who intend to design their own curriculum versions using the oiAcademy program base/framework curriculum.
Learning outcomes
- Participants learn how to create their own business model canvas based on the selected nuggets.
- Participants learn how a team is defined and works. Coherently, they can apply the division of work and organisation in a team.
- Participants learn the basics of entrepreneurship and its challenges as well as problem-solving methodologies.
