In today’s industry, many challenges are increasingly impacting SMEs: Recruitment of personnel;The supply of raw materials;The adaptation of the fluctuating demand and compatible with the environment;The new digital uses to move towards a digital transition.In order to meet these challenges, topics such as resilience, become essential in the design of a new product or service within a company.This learning path will allow the participant to ensure these skills on resilience and apply it for possible innovations/changes in his company.It will be separated in two parts : At first, a introduction of the notion of resilience will be explained. The meanings of different terms used to refer some actions will be presented with small examples. The concept of resilience will be schematized to give the participant a resume version of resilience. Secondly, Real-cases of resilience in two companies from different fields with a similar structure of performing the resilience will give the participant a better view and the impact of the resilience on an company
