SUMMARY
This lesson introduces the most important regulations for the digital product passport. It starts with the Green Deal 2019 and the Circular Economy Action Plan. This forms the basis for the most important considerations regarding the circular economy. The rules for the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation were developed based on this. This forms the basis for the numerous Delegation Acts for the relevant product groups around the digital product passport.
In this learning lesson, we will introduce the most relevant regulations which are relevant for the Digital Product Portal (DPP).
- Starting with the Green Deal, we have a closer look at the Circular Economy Action Plan
- The Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation provides the basis for the Digital Product Passport.
