The course aims to present a procedure for the design of the shared task between a human operator and a collaborative robot in a shared industrial workstation.
The course provides a methodological basis for the development of shared workstations, in which a human operator and a collaborative robot cooperate to achieve a work objective, such as an assembly of mechanical components to build a complex whole. One of the examples covers a real industrial use case.
The course is divided into the following 5 sections:
- Description of characteristics of collaborative robots.
- Mixed working place in industrial applications.
- Guidelines for designing collaborative robotic cells.
- IPS Human-Robot Collaboration: Digital simulation and robot programming
- Ergonomic assessment in IPS IMMA (industrial use case).
- Some short quizzes allow the user to test his/her understanding of the different topics covered by the course.
