This learning path is designed to provide professionals and students with an introduction AI in decision making.

This learning path includes the main technological building blocks of a Design Thinking.

Design Thinking is divided into six central phases that provide a structured framework for the development of user-centered innovations when introducing AI into companies. Starting with the understanding of the challenge and the definition of the problem, the phase of observing follows, in which a deep empathy for the needs and behavior of the users is developed. The insights gained are then synthesized in the define point of view step to gain a clear perspective for the company from the AI and its advantage.

Building on this, the find ideas phase uses creative brainstorming techniques to generate a wide range of solutions for where this benefit can be implemented. These ideas are then quickly and cost-effectively implemented in tangible models using prototyping (i.e. a version) in order to finally evaluate them in testing with potential users and to obtain valuable feedback for further development. This iterative process makes it possible to continuously improve solutions and optimally adapt them to user needs.
