This nugget introduces you to the Universal Robots´ proprietary user interface (UI) “Polyscope“.

First, the UI of the CB-series is presented, then the newer e-series is explained.

The UI is explained including the Initialization Screen, Program Tab with its sub-tabs Command, Graphics, Structure, and Variables. It is shown how to create paths from one waypoint to another and how to control a gripper via URcaps. After that, it is shown how to start a created path via the Automove Tab. Additionally, you will see how to freedrive the UR.
