SUMMARY
Before running a training session, learners must first become confident with the device and the XR environment.
This lesson walks you through the essentials of preparing your Microsoft HoloLens 2 for use with RTXRoom, D-Cube’s immersive XR training application for industrial assembly. You’ll learn how to charge, fit, and calibrate your headset, configure network and permissions, and launch RTXRoom for the first time.
Once inside the app, you’ll explore its user interface: taskbar, panels, and main controls for loading scenarios, adjusting holograms, and managing your workspace. You’ll also practice instinctual interactions such as gaze, air-taps, and hand gestures to manipulate 3D content safely and efficiently.
By completing this module, you’ll be fully equipped to start an RTXRoom session confidently, ensuring correct setup, comfort, and device readiness.
