SUMMARY
This course gives an overview of direct and indirect impacts of Voice Assistants on Business Performance. It will be discussed how to measure different KPIs for Voice Assistants and how they can be interpreted. It will be presented how to analyze the impact of Voice Assistants on Key Business Metrics and Performance. Moreover, the influence of Voice Assistants on Customer Loyalty and Employee Productivity will be shown.
