ShakeAM 5 – Design for Process Chain D - Optimising Designs

After this session, you’ll be a 3D printing efficiency expert. You’ll be able to combine multiple parts into a single print, saving time and materials. Also, you’ll be able to strategically split complex designs into manageable pieces.  And gain the knowledge to create functional 3D printed assemblies with moving parts. To push your designs even further, you’ll learn to leverage FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to optimize your parts for strength and performance. Finally, you’ll be able to distinguish between the various polymers used in MEX 3D printing.
