Decision support systems (How to benefit of the use of DPT, brief introduction into Machine Learning)

A decision support system is an important component of a modernized production system which is responsible for controlling a production process. For the purpose of decision making, a decision support system uses the real time data by continuously monitoring the production process. Based on this data, the decision making is performed on a real time basis. Therefore, a decision support system helps the shopfloor managers in an optimized decision making for the production process and helps in complex decision making. A decision support system works consistently with a Digital Twin and takes the feedback from it in decision making process.
