This course gives an overview of User Experience and Design of Voice Interfaces to optimize their usage. The Key Principles of Voice User Interface (VUI) design and common User Challenges will be presented. It will be discussed how to analyze design choices in Voice Interaction influence User Satisfaction and overall Effectiveness. Common user challenges like e.g. misinterpretation will also be lectured.
